Our Studio
Our home is located in a historic part of Bombay, not Mumbai, adjoining a Grade I heritage railway station. Reay Road was named so after Lord Reay, the governor of Bombay from 1885-1890. It’s also a skip away from the Eastern Expressway, the city’s new lifeline, as well as its historic docks, ship-breaking yards and even goat sheds—all of which give the city its colour and vibrancy. We love the idea of our luxury stemming from so much history and industry. We also love that we have the space to house our showroom, factory, design and digital studios all under one roof
Meet the Team
Shilpa is an Interior Architect who followed her passion for furniture, establishing Fusion Access in 1997. Her furniture design skills have been further honed with her in-depth knowledge of interiors. Her other passion is technology and she has combined design and technology to seamlessly integrate the bespoke design process.
Minnal is a Marine Biologist by education and Furniture Manufacturer by profession. He switched roles after he returned from overseas in 2001. His analytical skills push the boundaries of design and make the almost impossible, possible while his material knowledge gives us license to innovate and experiment with confidence.
Nikita is our result driven interface between clients and production. She is adept at working well within a service-oriented environment to maintain maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. She also has an in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry. Highly organized, her computer skills are second to none.
Ashutosh has a great understanding of the furniture production process. With over two decades of experience, he is an expert at coordinating between our large group of stake holders to maximize production and deliver results. Being there right from the beginning of our journey, he is also one of our oldest team members.
Preetam has a zeal for content writing, editing and communicating effectively with target audiences through strategic brand management and PR Campaigns. She also has an extensive administrative background coupled with sales, marketing and project management experience.
